Do You Sell to Government Buyers?
Yes. MAP Medical sells to government buyers. Contact our sales team at [email protected] to discuss your purchasing requirements.
How Do I Open an Account?
There are two ways to get started. You can register an account online yourself, or contact us and one of our dedicated sales managers will complete the account setup for you by phone. There is no contract obligation and no volume commitment required to begin purchasing. Once your account is active, you can log in and place orders in standard case quantities at wholesale pricing.
Is There a Minimum Order Requirement?
No. There is no minimum order dollar amount. Products are ordered in their standard unit of measure as listed on each product page, typically a case or box. No volume commitment is required to access wholesale pricing, and orders of any case quantity are accepted.
Can I Combine Multiple Products and Sizes in a Single Purchase Order?
Yes. A single PO can include any combination of products, sizes, and configurations, with no restrictions on multi-item or size-mix ordering. This simplifies procurement for surgical centers and hospital departments managing multiple product categories, and reduces the administrative work of submitting separate orders per SKU or size variant.
What Payment Methods and Terms Do You Accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Bank wire
- ACH (Automated Clearing House)
- Net-30 terms for approved accounts
Net-30 terms are available to qualifying healthcare facilities after credit approval.
How Do I Apply for Net-30 Terms?
Email [email protected] to request Net-30 terms. Our team will send you a credit application to complete and return. Once we receive it, the approval process typically takes 1-2 business days.
How Do Tax-Exempt Facilities Submit an Exemption Certificate?
Email your tax-exempt certificate to [email protected]. Tax-exempt status is typically activated within 1 hour during normal business hours.

Shipping and Availability
How Quickly Do Orders Ship?
We offer same-day shipping on thousands of medical supply SKUs available nationwide. Orders for in-stock products placed before 1:00 PM CST on business days may qualify for same-day shipping, and in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day from order confirmation. Actual delivery time is determined by carrier transit to your facility's location. Our sales team can confirm current availability and expected timing before you place an order.
Which Carriers Do You Use?
FedEx is our primary carrier for parcel shipments. For LTL freight, we use Worldwide Express (WWEX), which consolidates options from all major LTL carriers into a single platform, allowing us to offer our customers the most competitive shipping rates and fastest delivery options available. We also ship via UPS, DHL, and USPS, and on your own third-party carrier account upon request.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico.
How Is Shipping Cost Calculated?
Shipping charges depend on the products ordered, shipment size and weight, destination, and shipping method. Applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout or included in your quote. For oversized or heavy freight and temperature-controlled items, the final charge may differ from the checkout estimate, and our team will notify you if that happens.
Will My Order Arrive in One Shipment?
Not always. Orders with multiple line items, or high-volume orders of a single item, may ship from more than one warehouse location and arrive in separate shipments. The shipping origin, carrier, and transit time may vary by product. If your facility needs an order shipped complete, let our sales team know when you place it.
How Do I Track My Order?
Tracking for all orders is available in the My Account section of your customer portal after you log in. You can also email [email protected] to request tracking.
Do You Offer Standing Orders or Scheduled Deliveries?
Yes. For facilities with recurring supply needs or just-in-time inventory programs, our sales team can discuss standing order and scheduled delivery options. Contact us with your product list and usage pattern to set up a schedule that fits your facility.
What Happens If a Product Is on Backorder?
Our team proactively contacts affected customers as soon as a backorder is identified. From that point, we provide ETAs and regular status updates until the order is fully delivered. Customers do not need to follow up to receive status updates. If the delay affects a critical procurement timeline, our sales team can assist in providing clinically comparable alternatives or adjust your delivery schedule.
Returns and Cancellations
What Is Your Return Policy?
Most stocked items are returnable within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your sales order or invoice number to request an RMA number. We will send you a return shipping label, which must be attached to the package with the RMA number clearly marked on the outer packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Restocking fees may apply and vary by product and manufacturer.
Which Products May Not Be Eligible for Return?
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Special order products
- Non-stock products
- Products designated by the manufacturer as non-returnable
- Pharmaceuticals and injectable solutions
- Opened sterile products
- Refrigerated or frozen products
- Hazardous materials
- Products with limited remaining shelf life

Full conditions are published on our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations page.
What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incomplete?
Report any damage or shortage within 2 business days of receipt. Contact us with your sales order or invoice number and a description of the issue. For orders shipped on the MAP carrier account, we file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund. For orders shipped on your own carrier account, the claim is filed with your carrier and our team supports you through the process.
Can I Cancel or Change an Order After It Is Placed?
Contact us as soon as possible. An order may no longer be eligible for cancellation once it has been processed, submitted to a manufacturer or supplier, or shipped. Special orders cannot be cancelled after they are submitted.
Pricing and Contracts
Do You Offer Volume or Contract Pricing?
Two pricing pathways are available.
GPO contract pricing: MAP Medical is an authorized Vizient supplier. Vizient and Provista members receive contract pricing on eligible product lines with no separate distributor negotiation required.
Volume-based pricing: Facilities, health systems, and IDNs purchasing outside a Group Purchasing Organization can negotiate discounted rates based on purchase volume and consistent usage history with our sales team.
How Do I Request a Quote for a Large Order?
You can submit a request through our Fast Quote page, or email your RFQ to our sales team at [email protected]. Include your product list and quantities so our team can prepare accurate pricing.
