Constructed using a high-performance medical-grade laminate featuring a monolayer EVA surface and layers of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and ethyl vinyl alcohol (EVOH), offering exceptional seal strength, robustness, and gas/moisture barrier performance—ideal for laboratory, diagnostic, and biopharmaceutical applications.
Made from elastomeric EVA polymer, the bags provide superior softness, flexibility, UV resistance, and low-temperature durability, along with hot-melt adhesive properties and a glossy finish with excellent clarity. Includes an attached non-reopening clamp for tamper-resistant security during fluid delivery. Fill legs are sold separately, compatible with most TPN compounding and gravity filling systems, allowing full application flexibility.
Storage instructions:
Bags must be stored at temperatures below 40°C and protected from sunlight, excess heat, and humidity to maintain material integrity.
DEHP advisory:
In line with IV Therapy Standards of Practice, only non-DEHP administration sets should be used for lipid-based infusions (e.g., IVFE, TNA), as DEHP is a known reproductive toxin and may leach into solutions, especially posing risks to pregnant patients, neonates, and pediatric populations.
