Integra # PM-9425 Silicone Foam Dressing is a sterile, soft and absorbent foam dressing designed for managing moderate to heavy exudate. Made with a silicone adhesive border, this dressing is gentle on the skin and minimizes pain during removal. Each dressing measures 4" x 4" and is suitable for wounds with moderate exudate levels.

Formulated with a silicone wound contact layer, this dressing provides a moist wound healing environment while minimizing the risk of maceration. The self-adherent border eliminates the need for additional fixation, making it easy to apply. Each box contains 10 dressings, individually wrapped for convenience.
