AirLife
Vyaire Medical / AirLife
Many customers still pair “Vyaire” and “AirLife,” but they no longer sit under the same company. In 2023, SunMed completed its purchase of Vyaire’s respiratory & anesthesia consumables business (including the AirLife™ and Vital Signs™ brands) and soon rebranded the combined consumables manufacturer as AirLife. Since then, AirLife has expanded via additional acquisitions and operates as a leading US supplier of oxygen therapy, airway management, and anesthesia circuits across the care continuum. Separately, in 2024 Vyaire divested major parts of its capital and diagnostics businesses: ZOLL acquired selected ventilator product lines (e.g., bellavista®, LTV®, 3100, fabian®), and Trudell Medical acquired Vyaire’s Respiratory Diagnostics (RDx) unit, which includes Vyntus™ PFT/CPET systems. Practically, that means procurement, service, and parts now route through different companies depending on the product family. We maintain cross-references so that when you ask for “Vyaire/AirLife” consumables, you receive the current AirLife SKUs; and if you need support for legacy ventilators or diagnostics, we direct you to the correct post-divestiture channel. This clarity helps avoid PO rejections, ensures warranty alignment, and keeps clinical teams supplied with the right disposables for the devices in use.

Key Products & Solutions:
- AirLife (formerly SunMed): AirLife™ oxygen therapy, Vital Signs™ anesthesia circuits, airway & resuscitation disposables spanning pre-hospital to ICU.
- Vyaire (legacy transitions): bellavista®, LTV®, 3100 HFOV, fabian® ventilators now supported via ZOLL; Vyntus™ PFT/CPET moved under Trudell Medical RDx.
- Buyer Services: Cross-mapping of legacy Vyaire part numbers to current AirLife, ZOLL, or Trudell channels; guidance on circuit/consumable compatibility.
Why this matters:
Respiratory supply is fragmented by device lineage. By separating “consumables (AirLife)” from “ventilator lines (ZOLL)” and “diagnostics (Trudell),” we help you place clean POs, align capital service with the right OEM, and stock the correct circuits and sensors—reducing downtime and last-minute substitutions.
